WCC Worship is the worship team of Waverly Community Church. It is our desire to be faithful to the command in Psalm 96 to "sing to the Lord a new song." We are passionate about creating new and original music for our church to lift up to God in worship. Most churches today sing songs written by a select few artists and those works are a great gift to the church by talented brothers and sisters. We worship with those songs as well, but have felt a special call to be creative for His glory and to give our local church a voice of its own to lift to our Savior. We also want to freely share this original content with any group of believers who resonate with this music and feel led to use it in their worship services. WCC Worship writes and produces all of the music utilizing the people and resources that God has given to us. These works are captured in the highest quality available to our team, in hopes of bringing Him glory and edifying our church and other churches around the world.
