How it all started...
Waverly Community Church (WCC) was founded with a radical vision to connect with the discouraged and disconnected members of our community, and bring them into a loving and meaningful relationship with our Savior Jesus Christ. Through electrifying worship, tireless service to both our church and the community around us, we strive to be a vibrant beacon of light within our neighborhood, spreading the love and joy of God to all we meet. Holding our first service in January 2020, WCC began as a Godly calling to a group of inspired local church leaders and their families who were passionate and excited to create a real difference in our community. Our mission was to build a worship-based church that serves sacrificially and shares the light and love of God to everyone around us.
